The idea that Bush is orchestrating crisis
I am not accusing Bush of beginning the crisis, that was clearly started on 9-11. He is turning such a single minded focus on it that Mid-East falls apart, the world wide economy crumbles,Copy-cat terrorits emerge, and everyone forgets about the Florida election grab. Contrast this to Clinton who brought order to Haiti, suppressed the fires of Bosnia, brought North Korea to the bargaining table, and still kept Saddam in check, all while superbly managing the domestic needs of the country. I don't know if Bush just lacks the competency to do more than one thing at a time, but the effect is to put the totality of the American agenda at the mercy of whatever terrorist can make the loudest noise.
