I'm unsure how to value the announced ISP rights because I haven't done enough DD to know what % of each subscriber's monthly bill goes to KVH. If it's a trifling percentage (and given that KVH is only supplying the hardware, I suspect that it is), then I don't think this effects valuation much. For instance, $1 a month won't impact KVH materially until you get at least a million customers. That's a lotta boats and RVs! What I like best about the ISP issue is that it sets the tone for KVH to receive a cut of the monthly bills for the flat antenna, too. That market is huge, and we could reach materiality on those monthly rates very quickly. The ISP agreement also establishes a base of business contacts, etc. within which KVH can immediately offer ISP service via the flat antenna (hopefully), which would be very exciting.
