Dan Niles on CNBC - his main points, well made, were that 1) Based on SIA and government data, the semi recession is not ending yet, in fact, October was worse than September. So we're just bouncing along the bottom, at best 2) Semiconductor Stocks are at 3x their historic "low" valuation numbers, i.e., PE ratios (possibly price to sales?), but 3)PC stocks are at historic low valuation levels -- so why buy semi stocks? No mention of either AMD or Intel Petz
