ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2001--CBQ, Inc., (OTCBB:CBQI - news)
The E-Business Marketplace, announced today the appointment of a new President and
Chief Executive Officer, as part of the relocation of its operations from Arlington, VA to
Pembroke Pines, FL.

The new President/CEO of CBQ, Inc. will be W. Steven Garrett, currently the President
and CEO of First Choice Corp. consulting group. Mr. Garrett will move the International
Headquarters of CBQ, Inc. on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001 to 12350 N.W. 18th Street,
Pembroke Pines, Florida 33026, Phone: 954-450-2888 and Fax: 954-450-0886 from the
current headquarters at 1911 Ft. Myer Drive, Arlington, VA 22209.

W. Steven Garrett has also been President/CEO of Diversified Technologies Group, Inc.
``DTGI'' NASD: OTC/BB since January 2001. In that capacity he was responsible for
day-to-day operations of the business.

Prior to this position during 2000, he was President/CEO of e-Biz TranzForm, Inc., Boca
Raton, Florida where he co-initiated the start-up and development of a team of engineers
to develop global Web presence and ASP vertical portals for established clients desiring
to gain B2B presence on the Internet.

W. Steven Garrett has been involved in directing leading edge technology start-up
companies by providing organization, methods, orientation, systems and focus for
manufacturing plants, marketing & sales organizations, Internet solutions providers,
software developers and e-Business systems during his 30 year executive management
career. IBM, Apple, NEC, HP, Compaq and Nortel Networks have accredited him in PC
Computer Hardware.

created the First Public Fax Station (The Fax Station & Go Fax Inc., plus many others),
which then afforded travelers the convenience of self-service, credit card activated, fax
availability in airports, office buildings, turnpikes and hotels.
