I think it is a false quote Paul. The symbol is still recognized by the OTC:BB. The symbol has not been delisted as far as I know. Trading was halted by the SEC and has never resumed officialy. Occasionaly a broker will bail a client out of their shares. I can not find any reason for the .25 share value even though Ameritrade shows that value. Frank
