With EPS/RS rating of 30/49, low volume it would not be considered a CANSIM stock. It might show a "candidate" potential in the future if the volume picks up along with positive earnings, but for now it is another speculative stock in the Medical Instruments sector. In these cases thorough research of the "story" is the best you can do. Some are great winners and some are busts.

The chart isn't bad for techical considerations, although the low volume is the biggest detractor. It needs to hit 4.35 though on stronger volume before it has a chance to pick up TA buyers.
