Well, CPQ is doing this in-house, for the end user. Dell is subbing the work out.

The question is what will be the most successful business plan?? Integrating the service is what CPQ claims is the most efficient way to proceed, and it does give the end user, one person to got to for answers, but is outsourcing the better way. Will Dell as a fast follower, be able to follow from the front in this new market so to speak???
