Then tell me why the Fedx packages piled up at the door before any bankruptcy filed. Even Fedx could smell trouble. Fedx cut off ENE before they really stuck it to them. I see Arthur Anderson and Vinson & Elkins are on the unsecured creditors list, which is the only justice I see so far.
