Are you sure about this? I wasn't under this impression at all. I know that Mr. Natural was Quaker Oats' Snapple distributor, but when Triarc bought Snapple, I don't think that Mr. Natural was part of the deal. Was it?

In addition to the route you and others have described here, I think we should also investigate legal routes to take. It is highly unusual for management to sell a company below market value (I have never seen such a thing), and Cable Car seemed to have stabilized at around $4.00 within the recent weeks.
