AVNT to be acquired by SNPS From Briefing.com, as curtain falls: 16:21 ET Avant! (AVNT) 10.95 +0.64: -- Update -- Company enters agreement to be acquired by Synopsys (SNPS 55.39). Deal calls for AVNT holders to exchange each of their shares for 0.371 of a SNPS share, valuing AVNT at approx. $20.55 (based on SNPS' closing price).
