Michael, I bet there are some dazed "guarantors" of Enron's credit wandering around! I wonder if Dynegy has some hi-leverage skeletons in their closet. I would think Enron's biggest competitors might also have been imitators. That might be why they want Enron's pipeline so badly - as a real asset to support their own house of cards. But it should be tied up nicely in litigation for the next few years. Ha! /Kit
