This should be a lesson to everyone who ever worked for a company with a 401(k). Never, ever, never have the company's stock as one of your 401(k) investments.

I don't have a choice, the matching amount goes to my company's stock.


Tim, an supposed expert on CNBC said you should go to your HR and tell them to diversify their program. FWIW.
