IMPOTENT NEWS, Please Read!!!!

CSGI is doing a private placement for the NASDAQ listing in Feb./Mar. It seems that the money is being raised internally and there will NOT be any private placement shares available to the public. (I know because I was trying to get some)

The effects would very significant.

1. there will be more MM's trading the issue
2. brokerage firms will be pushing the stock to clients
3. the spread will be much tighter
4. give the stock and Co. more legitimacy
5. will be able to margin
6. options may also become available
7. stop losses can be placed automatically
8. Co. would have to disclose financial Info. on regular basis

"why would fortune 500 companies pick CSGI"

the quick answer is that they would not directly choose CSGI.

That is one reason why CSGI is going after and getting all these

alliances with companies like Unisys,CSB, and others that will soon

follow. For instance AAA company who is a fortune 500 company will

chose Unisys to do the Y2000 conversion for them. In turn Unisys will

take this conversion to CSGI and then CSGI will do the conversion and

then charge Unisys for the correction, and then in turn Unisys will

charge AAA Co. That is why if CSGI can attain good alliances they

will benefit tremendously. Who cares if CSGI doesn't get all the

credit when they more than likely will get the majority of the $$$ for

doing the conversion process. Furthermore, don't count out CSGI from

getting a huge contract by themselves. IT WOULD BE A BIG MISTAKE.
