This will have a negative impact on SUNW- deservedly so or not.

I put in a sell order for my 500 shares tomorrow. When the stock begins to fall, I plan on buying August call options.

If earnings are good, I ride the wave as my options become more valuable. If earnings disappoint, my losses are limited to the option premiums. In terms of Risk/Reward, this Looks like the best way to play it.
