Pete: I believe Dresden's capacity has been bounced around on the thread lately (here and on the Intel) and I might have missed something. But, when Dresden started up its capacity was noted as "eventually 5000wpw" but the manufacturing page mysteriously notes 6000wpw (and I cannot recall if it ever said otherwise).

If it did say differently at one point, it might be that 2nd level expansion we've been speculating on from time to time.

AMD did mention a percentage once a long time ago and quoted a wafers/week figure. This was quite a while ago (around the 25% ramped mark) in a CC. I did the math back then and it figured out to 5k wpw.

But, like I said, that was a while ago. Certainly before that mysterious expansion ;-)
