Yea Yomaz,

I did my DD on this. If the PRs are correct an accurate, this is a better deal then what XO is doing. At least the stock will trade an in fact, I think in the end the stock will trade up. This is the way that I think XO should of went. I will have to read it a few times an run it past the 10Q but in the end, I think this will be good. JMHO
