Softechie,

I wouldn't worry about the bond holders. They always get their money if a company is going to stay in business. The shareholder is the one you worry about. Glancing at what I saw an looking at the whole picture, I'm excited about the deal, but I still have to run it past the 10Q. The worry is gone about them gong out of business or being bought out. Not that was a worry either. I don't think MCLD is going anywhere in the short term.
