Jerry, while I am skeptical about the extent to which it will be used outdoors, I have to admit that the Segway is a fantastic machine. Perhaps it will usher in a new era of bionic devices like bionic cargo handlers for warehouse workers, and bionic exoskeletons for soldiers. Bionics has the potential to truly free mankind from his most fundamental limitations. As Shootie so aptly put it:

"Kamen should have invented a bionic Dick"
