Thanks Chris, that seems to be a good strategy. However I like to live dangerously <g> When I am confident about the market direction, I bet 100% to that direction. So I would buy QQQ 38 puts rather than buy 42 calls to hedge my position. I know, I know, soon or later I'll pay dearly... But that's just my style. Since the market tank fast today, didn't have chance to add much short today. (just another 10%) I should have time to add more this week. By the end of this week, I expect to have full 100% short position.
