We are 5 people investing 5k each towards a trading capital including a trader's investment of 5k, to daytrade futures and options-calls and put only. Trader who is trading fulltime will keep the 50% profit and other 50% will be shared among the 5 shares and if there is a loss, it will be shared among the 5 shares. Any small investors have done this kind of company arrangement, what are the pros and cons in the tax laws and practical aspects of trading. There is a possibility of loosing all the money in trading in a short time, however with the right knowledge and patience, it can be substantial (50% per share per year) reward also.
