I wouldn't worry about any comparative benchmarks for Itanium and Sun vis a vis Oracle. I'm sure you can Dry Lab a few benchmarks tomorrow morning to show that the ITanium is only 11% as fast as a 350 Mhz Sun machine. Go for it.
