Secular Bill blamed Clinton for 9/11; I simply pointed to the fact that Bush had nine months in office and that because he believed all was well with the country, he went on vacation for a month. Of course, the terrorists are to blame, but our intelligence is to blame for failing to turn them up. And that's no more Clinton's fault than Bush's. Because those agencies - in theory - diligently carry on their duties through wartime and peacetime.
