A big part of the delay in UMTS could have been avoided by not going asynchronous in the first place. All to circumvent Q's IPR, which no one in their right mind should have attempted in the first place.

The Cabal looks like it will be buying Q's chips, anyway. Wait 'til VOD puts the whip to Nokia. I'm laughing my ass off.
