I expect the Fed will manipulate the markets higher - through 200 DMA. Thus the markets will stay in a tight trading range until the Fed meeting, then break out. Gold will be dumped after the meeting as well. So BK is likely postponed until January, when the Fed will no longer be able to play unless another war is started in the center of Europe to halt Euro cash rise.
