Ted, atleast all the money I put in goes where I want. I have a decent selection of funds and a "brokerage gateway" where I can buy individual stocks. I put 16% of my gross where I want and the match equal to 3% of my gross goes to my company stock.

Tim, I have never worked for a publicly traded company so I don't know much about how that works. I was quoting the woman on CNBC who was railing about the inequities in the way some companies structure payments of company stock to 401 accounts.

It sounds like TRW has a decent plan and the woman on CNBC would be happy. <g>
