1-2 weeks before their next launch. If you match the chart on this stock against their launch schedule, you will see that the stock starts to pick up momentum in the weeks and days leading up to a launch, and will pop 3-5 points on news of a successful launch. DISH's next launch is in mid September, so start buying any time between now and the end of August. The launch vehicle is US, and the launch is from the Cape, so the odds of success are about 95% or greater. I've done well using this scheme on the two past launches now, and I will be buying more shares myself in the next two months. Good luck! NPD
