Your assumptions regarding the process border on the hysteria, and our extremely paranoid.

I have much more faith and trust in our present administration, and military leaders, that what you describe would never take place.

When an organization has attacked our cities, killed thousands of our citizens, and virtually destroyed an entire industry, the emergency is real. This is war, and we need to trust our leaders to make the right call in order to protect our nation from further attack.

Military Tribunals will only be carried out toward foreigners who have entered the United States illegally, and have links to the terrorists organization.

It's certainly a more balanced approach then what FDR did during WW2 toward Japanese american citizens.
