Re: 10K and the Other Little Things that Matter

I have commented negatively on IPM's handling of matters like this in the past. Has anyone seen a copy of the 10K? At other annual meetings I've attended, the company has a pile of them, for the taking. I have also seen other companies include them with their proxy materials, but this is not universal.

IPM's management should not be surprised when people express mistrust of them. They have pooched their PR, period. Yes, I am glad they are geologists, not PR specialists. Yes, we're all busy and let things fall through the cracks. Yes, we can call the company and find out (but I am not being paid to wet nurse their PR and disclosure). And yes, I don't consider this, like their other PR missteps and misstatements (unless there is another way to characterize the "trading halt"), by itself a fatal breach of trust.

I'm not even saying the 10K isn't extant, just that unnecessary doubt remains in the minds of reasonable people. Perhaps they should look into licensing some NEWTECH public relations.

Before you blast away at me, remember who I am:
long IPMCF (and staying that way)
sat by the phone to relay AGM info
contemplating legal action for being called a company shill
pretty good dad
never been called shorty (200 cm.)
