This morning, I heard their representative say that there are a few "technical" users who cannot yet use the service. The "technical" users include everyone who uses a firewall and/or proxy server (guilty on both counts). As I have no idea how or when I will actually have a useable service (I am guessing days, but I suppose it could be weeks), I ordered DSL form Pacbell this morning. And I called my credit card company to bounce future attbi monthly billings and to reverse the last one.

Now you are realizing what I learned the hard way and that is T is a joke. They have been screwing many of us for too long and they are finally being found out. People are finding out they don't give a damn about their customers. This will cost them dearly and they deserve being punished for their arrogance.
