Anyone buying into Enron at this time for a buy and hold are going to lose,imo. Even IF they succeed in reviving some of their power trading they are going to fail-they will now just be a small operation with still tons and tons of debt---they are doomed,imo. Plus if Dynergy wins their case regards NNGpipeline---Enron is Chapter 7. Overall legal opinion says they get whipped in court.Max
