Hilary Clinton actually thinks teens under 18 should be able to make this decision on their own.

Let me state, first of all, that I have opposed abortions since 1972...Rowe vs Wade. I have always had a different opinion when the pregnancy was a result of incest or rape...and would never make a judgement on an abortion in that case. I do not know what I would do if my daughter was pregnant after such a devastating experience. After I killed the perp, I would support and perhaps advise that she have an abortion. I do believe that all abortions should include counseling...before and after.

Secondly, I could not support Hillary in many of her positions...I think she is a dangerous woman. But, if abortion is legal in the US, there are circumstances like incest and rape where the parent is the perp. In this situation, a professional adult should be able to assist her in having an abortion without parent consent. This can be done without a universal rule or law, however... and usually one parent is able to support and advise also.

This is so different from a teenage girl having unprotected sex and then being able to get an abortion without parental consent.

My problem is that every time an exception is made in a situation, the exception becomes the rule.

Does the exception require that another law be passed? I don't think it does.
