I can accept that IPM has the metals. I can also accept that IPM has the extraction technology - though maybe not completely refined. I can live with the probability that the extraction costs are not where they should be to net profit at this point - with more research they very well could be if not already (call faith, hope, whatever...).

But PR snafus and Finacial Management ball-drops can just as easily kill this deal. And there can be no excuse if it does.

We all know how much money Mr. Edison made off the light bulb.
