Thanks for posting that. I would predict that even in Massachusetts, the judge will remove him as executor, UNLESS the court finds that the sister has no standing to challenge his appointment. If the children are on his side, and not contesting his actions, will the sister have any standing to challenge the appointment of executor? I hope you can keep us posted.

If he does remove the husband as executor, it will also be interesting to see whether he undoes the transfer to the daughter's boyfriend.

But most interesting of all is that the children are standing behind him. I can't imagine standing behind somebody who was convicted of killing my mother, but then I don't know the facts or the family history.

It's an intersting situation, anyhow. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
