We don't know all of the circumstances yet, but after a lengthy discussion last night we came up with the only scenario for execution. If John Walker was actively shooting at our allies or American forces with the intention to kill them he should be tried by Military Tribunal as a war criminal. What ever maximum sentence is allowed under a finding of guilty should be applied including, but not limited to execution by firing squad. The only other alternative should be life in prison without parole and let him rot. My husband thought that by bringing him back here and letting the whole country know where he lives that perhaps justice would be meted out by American citizens. We wondered if John Walker ever pledged allegiance to the US? M
