Arafat can't win so he might as well enjoy the rest of his life in a nice place. Last night on the Jim Lehrer News Hour, a former Secretary of State said he couldn't imagine that Arafat could be more miserable than he is right now. The militants are as popular or maybe even more popular than Arafat.
