I just saw where the founder of Ciena just filed to sell his shares. No big surprise. I can't figure out if he filed to sell 300,000 shares or 180,000 shares since on Dow Jones News Service they have a listing for him to sell 120,000 shares then 2 days later another listing to sell 180,000 shares. It's hard to tell if the second listing is an additional 180,000 shares or just an additional 60,000 from the original 120,000. I've forgotten how many shares he had, but I thought it was 300,000. This may mean he is selling all his shares (no big surprise). Disclosure for all, I'm short this stock.
