Nope. Defamation reqires proof of damages. I strongly doubt that jla can show any damages he suffered by being called a shyster. No damages, no defamation. BTW, Win, if he does sue you and you want to hire me as your defense attorney, PM me. I'll expect a $10,000 retainer. As you know, I'm pretty successful in the legal biz.
