I've never heard of them before, and now know only what the press release says--that they're the sixth largest Merchant Solutions Provider, however that's measured. I think I'll poke around their website to see if I can guage this company better. I have know idea about exclusivity, but presume that it is exclusive. Remember that Authorize.Net's service is an OEM service, or private label, so to speak. There other merchant payment services that are somewhat larger than Authorize.Net's in transaction volume, like Verisign's, but they all have their own brand names. Companies who choose Authorize.Net's service want the ability to place their name on the payment service and not have some other company's, like Verisign's on it. I can't really imagine that any company that desires a private label payment service, like Authorize.Net's, would need or want to offer another.
