How exactly are they helping? They certainly haven't helped any of us long-suffering T customers, not even being courteous enough to include a forwarding suggestion on the bounced-back e-mails. Let's look at the "help" they are providing to Comcast and Cox. $320 million for three months of wholesale service on 1.3 million customers works out to more than $80/month. Not bad for a service that RETAILS for less than $50. Extortion is such an ugly word, but I can't think of a better one.

I hope anyone in a position of influence reading this board will remember not only these actions but the wonderful job Patti Hart did at Telocity. Let's make sure that the only decisions she is permitted to affect in her next job are ones involving "would you like that Super-sized?"
