I'm just noodling around looking at a 2 year java chart of the Nasdaq on bigcharts. Connecting a line from the 2nd peak in March 2k to the 2nd peak at around Sep 1 2k seems to draw a line that hits around the point we are now. Are you using a log chart maybe?
