I see we had a tie at seven NRs each for the Milberg Firm and the Berman Firm But early Monday Berman came up with its 8th NR on the yahoo ticker alone for NXCD taaking a slight lead.
That move prompted nexcomer Pomeritz who had only joined the ambulance chase on NOV 27 to issue NR #2 as well Kaplan to issue #4 and a newcomber joined the party yesterday in Kirby. I guess we could call Kirby a chaser of ambulance chasers as they are now the 16th firm in the chase.
