Whenever I read/hear things like this...I am amazed that the media and some Americans question the need for the "questionable alerts" to be handed out by the Attorney General or Homeland Security. This is a new ball game. Everything we know about war and attacks in the past appear to be so much simpler. All of the weapons are new and far deadlier. Instead of dark curtains and lights out of the past...we should all be leaving on every light we have...and constantly being vigilant about anything that may appear suspicious. We can't get paranoid about this...but we certainly should be more aware. I feel like my poor old Grampa who was the brunt of our teenage jokes because he saw the enemy at every corner. Well guess what? Grampa would feel validated now! Marie
