I, nor my family, stole it, for that event we can all thank your ancestors. My ancestors must have done this while never coming within 1500 miles of your part of the country. What do you need a program for anyway? You seem to want to give something back and keep it at the same time. Why not just give it back and go back where you came from? Doesn't matter whether you or your ancestors stole it personally, does it? You are no different from a contemporary Russian Jewish emigrant to Israel. He didn't steal any land, nor did his ancestors. If it was stolen, someone else did it a generation or more ago. Just like you.
