I find it instructive that no one on this thread knows the answer to that one.

In our age of vast information resources, it is often more telling to see what someone does not know, than to observe what knowledge they do have. If only we could see ourselves so clearly, knowledge gaps, prejudice and all, how much wiser we would be.

I have little enthusiasm for food fights, though I admit this one was entertaining. So much so, in fact, that I must give my compliments (where they apply, ggg) to both sides, in those few posts where existed little flourishes of civility packed in so neatly amongst the barbed points.
