Westi, I am going to jump in here with a little bit of information to answer some of your questions. I hope David doesn't mind. I received an email from David earlier today. He previously told me that Saturday and Sunday were very difficult days. The doctors are concerned about the amount of weight he has lost since the treatments had started. Today was Chemo treatment #3. I believe he originally said the total number on the chemo would be 5 or 6. Today was day number 11 of the radiation treatments. Which I believe makes him at the 1/3 mark in the treatments. He said today was okay, and that he was going to try to eat more substantially tonight. He is reading the Amy Charmichael book. He said it is "the best book he is currently reading, aside from his bible." Have you picked up a copy of it yet??
