Two VERY HIGH END server and workstation software packages - Oracle 9i and ANSYS - were announced yesterday for the ITanium platform. What platform do you think these were developed on? Good guess - ITanium. And just how could ITanium be MIA when it was used by Oracle and ANSYS to develop their software packages? Did you and Dan3 have a recent deep emotional encounter?
