Steve, if you were refering to Dr. Huber, the co-founder, he owns about 6.5 million shares and has left the company to pursue his own venture. He left because he felt constrained in the pursuit of technology development at Ciena (this is according to the president, Mr. Nettes). 300,000 shares is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't know what fraction Dr. Huber has liquidated, but there will a lot more to come in August when lock-up ends.
