Divine sells portal, content management, and collaboration software. I work for one of the larger portal companies, so I do have an idea what they do, and I can attest that having a suite of products, an installed base, and a large contingent of consultants on your side are powerful competitive advantages. Smaller companies in particular do not want to buy a lot of different products from different vendors. Divine also expects to be profitable in the 2H of 2002.
