Wally: I did not think the Naz could get to 1950 or so this year once it pulled back from 1888. Clearly I was incorrect. At that point, I stopped trying to call the top. Unfortunately now, we have a bubble or blowoff in the making IMO. Bubbles take time; blow offs get corrected in short order. I have no firm opinion on which it is at this time although I lean toward blow off because of the extremely high sentiment readings already present. Regardless, I still believe it is a bear market rally. I don't view the 200DMA as meaning much but I expect it will get some folks excited.
