I did a little research on the interntet ..... appears to me, not being anything close to a legal person, however, that treason will be very difficult to prove ... however under the Alien and Sedition Act ... *(and I did have the section numbers, but too lazy to go back and look them up ...gggg) Sedition and/or Seditious Conspiracy "can possibly" carry the death penalty and be much much much easier to prove
